It sounds easy but it does require some work from you. You need to show yourself that you care about you. This includes taking care of your mind, body and spirit on a daily basis. It doesn’t have to be an all or nothing process, you can just start by changing one thing a day for a week and then two things a day for a week and so on. You need to take care of yourself on a daily basis. After a period of time these changes will become your new habits.

Here are some simple changes you can make to your lifestyle. The happier you are the higher you will vibrate, the more you can give. Remember you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Start by going to bed 15 minutes earlier than usual, sleep is such an important part of the healing process, we cannot reiterate this enough.

Ensure you have plenty of time in the mornings to carry out your healing rituals, even if it is just waving your selenite wand around you.

Start your day with a cup of hot water

Try a stretching session, even 5 minutes a day will create amazing changes.

If using crystals to work with during the day, select the crystals you need and place in your bag or pocket.

Eat food that makes your body happy, if you are struggling with being either over or underweight perhaps add a citrine crystal to your collection.

At the end of the day if you can try to do some exercise, even a 10-minute walk or spend some time in nature just to raise your vibration.

Take a shower or an aura bath to cleanse your aura down, ready for a good night’s sleep
